Alison and Merle have asked me to let you all know that the annual golf competition will take place on Thursday 17th May at Hollandbush Golf Club. Full details to follow.
They already have interest from ladies who attended the AGM but would like to hear from any others who would like to golf or would like to come along later for the tea.
So far there are 9 golfers and 7 more ladies who have put their names on the list but we know there are a lot more members who usually join us.
If you are interested, please let Alison or Merle know as soon as possible so they can keep you updated and confirm arrangements with SLC and catering at Hollandbush.
The booking for the golfers comes as a golf package booked through South Lanarkshire Council .
They ask for a booking deposit of £10 per golfer and then for the remaining balance of the booking fee, £15, to be paid 2 weeks prior to the day. This will be paid on behalf of the golfers and money collected from players and diners on the day but, at this point, we'd like to make sure we only pay for those who will definitely be playing.
If you haven't already confirmed with Alison or Merle that you will be golfing, could you do that as soon as possible, please.
