Hi Girls
We had the last game in our Lamb Trophy on Thursday 8th November 2018 at 12.15. Congratulations to Johan Steele and her rink Helen Padkin, Vera Anderson and Betty Lambie on winning the Lamb Trophy this year. Johan and her rink won 4 out of the 5 games played and were outright winners.
The runners up this year was the rink skipped by Ann Howie with Sandra Gardiner, Rona McAlister and Jane Dearie.
Congratulations to both rinks and playing so well.

We are fast approaching Christmas approaching Christmas as most of you will be aware !! Lesmahagow Ladies curling is completed for this year after the Pairs final on Thursday 22nd November 2018.
I would just like to remind you we have the Geordie Watson Bonspiel at 5.45 on the 17th December 2018. We have our Christmas meal to follow and it is always a good night to get us all into the Christmas Spirit.
Could you please confirm with me that you are able to play either by email or text : 07734925442 as soon as possible. I am actually away on holiday from the 4th December till Saturday 15th December. I am back in time to play the Geordie Watson but will have to be organised before I go !!
The names I have are all listed in the syllabus so please let me know if you are unable to play.
THE NEW YEAR 2019
Our 1st game in 2019 is on Thursday 17th January at 12.15 with the PROMISCIOUS.
This is a bit later than usual but we only have 5 games in the Jim Steele Salver and thought we would give you a bit longer to recover from Christmas and the New Year.
We are starting the season with the Promiscious to give everyone a chance to play in different positions in the rink. This will be a fun way of starting the New Year off instead of leaving it to the end of the season.
Hope this isn't too much information for the one post.
Thanks
Merle
