Hi Ladies,
Some of us were treated earlier today to a 9 end Pairs Final which kept us guessing who was going to win right up to the final shot.
Margaret and Jessie won the first 3 ends and Ann and Shirley won the next 3. Even after 6 ends.
Margaret and Jessie won 4 shots at the 7th end and Ann and Shirley came back with a 3 at the 8th end.
7-8 going into the 9th end and Ann and Shirley got the 2 shots they needed to win 9-8.
So congratulations to Ann and Shirley 😊 and commiserations to Margaret and Jessie 😢.
