Apologies for the delay in posting about our club outing to Kinross on 10th December.
The weather was kind to us and the bridge problems didn't hinder us at all.
Elizabeth provided us with a wee refreshment on the bus and we enjoyed soup and a herby scone before 16 Lesmahagow Ladies took to the ice looking very Christmasy!
After a fun bonspiel, we had a short Christmas song quiz and a lovely tea with a few celebratory drinks before heading home.
There was, of course, a little visit to the clothes shop in the Green Hotel where some of our ladies treated themselves. It is an essential part of any trip to Kinross to support the dress shop :)
This year our congratulations go to the rink with Helen Padkin, Janet Drife, Isabel McDonald and Jean Steele won both the Bonspiel and the quiz.
