And Alison McRae, Marian Ferguson, Jane Dearie & Jennifer Baillie picked up runner up spot.

 The penultimate week of the Jim Steel League, and 2 close games, with Alison T and Alison M drawing the game at 4-4, and Merle taking 2 points against Sandra. 

With Sandra on 7 points and Alison T on 5, its all to play for next week when they play each other! 

 Another week, another round.   After a draw with Alison M, Sandra still holds the lead on 7 points, with Alison T on 4.  2 games left so all could still change.  

 Half way point in the Jim Steel Salver, and Sandra manages to hold onto top spot with 6 points.   Still all to play for with Alison T close behind on 4.

After 2 good final games, Sandra Gardiners rink of Sandra, Louise O'Donnelly, Ann Hunt and Jennifer Baillie win the Lamb Trophy 2025/26, unbeaten after 6 League games.  Well done to them. 

Alison McRae's rink of Alison, Joanne Burt, Margaret Weir and Kay Goodall were runners up.  

 With only 1 game left, another 2 points for Sandra's team hold onto top spot with 10 points...  for now?  Alison McRae close behind on 8 points, so its all to play for between these team next week.   

Last games Thursday 4th December, when all will be decided... 

 

 The 2nd half of the League is now underway, and in the Fiona Moffat v Sandra Gardiner game, it was both 3rd's who took charge in the absence of Fiona & Sandra (who were both else where watching curling!).    Sandra holds the lead on 8 points, but Alison close behind on 6...  all to play for with 2 games to go!
